We are absolutely excited to announce a great update on analyze.life, which is exclusively in the AppStore! We’ve been working on it for months now, trying to add value, make it fun and easy to use, and we can’t wait to show it to you!
Our main focus was to help you be mindful of your day-to-day feelings, show you your best and worst moments and give you tools to understand your happiness. The renovated app will focus on your mental well-being as defined here. What will matter will be how you feel about different aspects of your life so you can analyze them and improve them.
Straight to the point, this is what you will now find:
- Simpler to use: we’ve simplified your experience with the app. Now tracking and analyzing will be much easier.
- More analytics! Now you’ll be able to see how many days on a row you’ve felt bad for, when was the last time you did something kind to someone, as well as trends such as ups and downs in your mood.
- Inspirations! Because sometimes we need a little push to improve our life, now you’ll find tips that will help you to improve and feel better about your nutrition, your sleep quality, your mood, and also suggestions as to how to be kinder and happier. We trust they will encourage you to do better and feel happier every day.
